Best Western Wesley Chapel

The location. The room was huge and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge, both of which were clean. The shower was nice and hot. There were sufficient towels that were decent quality. Check-in was easy. The hotel provides a baggage apparatus to assist with loading your luggage to your room so that you don't have to make multiple trips. The breakfast was decent. There were scrambled eggs, mini size bagels, sliced bread/s, a waffle machine, yogurts, cereal, breakfast patties, coffee, packaged doughnuts and juices.. The breakfast area was clean. There is ample parking on the property, which is fenced in. There is a McDonald's within walking distance and Nashville Pizza, which delivers to the hotel(the hotel can provide a menu). Also, you're not that far away from downtown.

The staff was great room was clean and very spacious. Old sheets on the bed. The refrigerator was not cold and when we opened the door it fell. We had kids with us so we didn’t use it do they would not get hurt.

nice warm breakfast every day kept well stocked. staff had good sense of humor. offered class discounts upon request. well kept housekeeping. fresh baked cookies every afternoon and evening.

Robin was the excellent member of staff who sorted all of our details with Booking.com. Worth a great mention for undertaking our booking problem on her own volition. Well done , Robin and thank you once again.
